Papa Johns Pizza - Richland

Ordered on line at 5:26pm. And received a thank you confirmation. At 7:00pm I received a phone call saying my order was not processed and if I would like to have it reissued and at full price no refund or discount offered nothing. Very bad customer service!!!! Their saying is better ingredients better pizza nothing about terrible service.

Consistently good pizza at a fair price. We use the delivery service and usually have our order with 25 minutes.

I ordered online for my food to be ready at 5:00. I got an e-mail that it was done at 4:45. By the time I got it, it was lukewarm. What is the point of picking a specific time for it to be ready if they do not honor that time? 15 minutes early seems excessive.

Got 2 large pizzas for 30$ and they gave us free plates, peppers, and Parmesan. The pizza was very good!

One pizza was missing bacon, the other pizza was burned. I asked for well done, not burned. I was very disappointed with this order and will probably not be ordering from here again. The delivery driver was great though.
