Oakwood Bbq - Richlands

Great little spot on a gravel road. Barbecue was great.

None of that heathen unsophisticated ketchup stuff and not awash in vinegar. Delicately seasoned, Consistently perfect. I smuggle quantities back to Arizona on a regular basis on every trip home to family. Out in the country a bit but conveniently on way to Ellis airport if you're flying out. They are open only until they sell out. Cole slaw bland but otherwise this is the epitome of eastern NC barbeque.

This bbq is by far the best I’ve ever eaten! The people who work with all of the business are great people!

Happened at Oakwood BBQ and so thankfully we did!! On Saturday they were open and had not sold yet. We had a lot of BBQ and we agree that it is the best we ever had! Cooked for perfection and you can say the love is poured into each plate

I just tasted a nearby restaurant and Oakwood BBQ came up. Your lush puppies and Banana pudding are delicious. I review them 5 stars
