Feedback gevenJust went into this location and it was super packed but that didn’t stop the two young ladies working there from doing their job and with a positive attitude. By time we got to the counter, I was greeted with a smile. Both ladies smiled, sang and danced a little while preparing our sandwiches. Our food was made with love and it showed because it was delicious. Thank you ladies! Yall deserve a raise!
If I could I would give this place ZERO stars!!TERRIBLE customer service from the employee. I do not have a name, only a host ID : VCLLZ49NVTDKGX62We placed an online order for pick up, 3 different subs with different breads/ingredients. I get there and there was no one up front. The food was all uncovered and completely messy. I waited there for 5-10 minutes until a girl came up carrying a box with gloves on. She asked me what I wanted and I told her I had a pick up order. She proceeded to hand me an open bag on the counter with no napkins, receipt or anything. She barely spoke at all and disappeared. I get home and my family and I prepare to eat our subs when we realize they are messed up. All the wrong types of bread, missing ingredients, subs not even cut and over all terribly put together. We call them and the girl is instantly disrespectful. Proceeds to say how she didn't mess up anything and what do we want to do about, that she's not going to do anything about it, that we just want free subs and that she was going to call the police on us. Never have I ever been so DISRESPECTED by someone in food service over THEIR MISTAKE. We asked for the manager and she says they aren't there and don't know when they will ever come in. Asked if they were going to do nothing about the situation and she said correct and proceeded to hang up the phone mid sentence. I am APPALLED!!! The time was between 8:30-9pm today.
This Subway is going downhill. I've eaten there a couple times and things have slowly started to deteriorate. The lettuce is brown, the cheese was disgustingly wet, half the fountain drinks were out of order, the refrigerator drinks were not stocked, the medium fountain drink cups have been out for a while, the food storage area didn't look well cleaned, etc. If subway is going to let themselves go, please bring in a legit sub shop.
Ordered on line and what a mess. Two subs where to be on wheat bread. No wheat Bread. Then toppings forgotten on all four subs. Went back to review my online order. It was all there but not on the sub. Very upsetting.
NOT exactly a Keto friendly place. Even the oven baked chicken wrap contains 50g of carbs, most likely from the wrap itself.Only way to eat real Keto here is to order non-processed meat and discard the wrap and bread. Use your own lettuce to wrap the meat.Keep away from most sauces and add on ingredient.Use app such as Carb Manager to check anything you order to srsy in Keto.Parking: Limited parking in front, especially difficult when area is busy with other stores, shops and restaurants.
