Domino's Pizza - Richm

Second time this happened.. ordered and then after waiting over an hour, my order is “cancelled”.. call the number and they are “currently closed” 3 hours early? Cool.. Thanks for letting me know an hour later.

Great store. Fast service, good pizzas. I always get the thin crust, square cut. It's fire ?

Twice in a row we got pizzas with way too much sause and not much cheese. We get Domino's Pizza because they are consistent with making their pizzas. We asked for remake and we didn't even get what we originally ordered. It too had too much sauce and not enough cheese and it was a regular crust pepperoni pizza which was heavy on spices too and we ordered thin crust pepperoni and mushroom. So disappointed!

Ordered an emergency free pizza and when the delivery driver got here he asked if I was going to add a tip to the bill and I told him I had not paid for it myself. He says “it’s just yes or no” and I said “well no because I didn’t pay for it” he got so mad saying something about most people tip and he wasted gas coming here. Well maybe you shouldn’t deliver with a gas eating mustang ??‍

I ordered a pizza and it wasn't cut, and the delivery driver was rude.
