Best General Tso's I've ever had! Seriously. People were very friendly on the phone as well.

One of the better Chinese restaurants in Richmond. I ordered over the phone for delivery. The phone service lady was courteous. The food was definitely better than the college grade garbage served at China Dragon.Food was a little steep for the price, but definitely quality over quantity. Over all a very satisfactory experience. I will definitely be ordering form here again.

I will never order from this place again. Everything went well with the order. they asked me where I was and everything and I paid for it. 20 minutes late I get a call from the delivery guy saying can I give him directions to y place. I was shocked as 'Ive never been asked this before as every other chinese restaurant Ive ever used have gps. But I was patient, looked up the directions (since Ijust moved to Richmond) and waited another 30 minutes. After that time, I got a call from them saying they were unable to deliver because their delivery person was afraid they 'd get lost.... I can 't believe how unprofessional they are. They asked for my address when I first called and tell me its ok and then call back almost an hour later saying you cant deliver? Worst chinese delivery experience ever! Never eating here again. If you value your time and money you won 't either!!!

I always enjoy Joy Gardens great food at awesome prices. The delivery to my job is accurate and sometime earlier than what they promised. I truly recommend Joy Garden!
