Mcdonald's - Richm

Bad service, I love the hamburgers here, but I received the worst service, it was treated with racism, they had no ethics or principles of customer service. I will never buy here again because of the bad service to Hispanics.

I have experience nothing but great service from the employees. They accept the app offering without any problem. If there's a problem they have called on the supervisor, who has fixed the problem immediately.

Not very clean looking ,but u can't expect much from McDonald's inside Walmart..the employees were just typical McDonald's employees,nothing special. My daughter enjoyed her hash brown lemonade so I can't complain.

Machines are always broken, they got broken lamp and they didnt cover the area i told manager she got an attitude safety isnt big at all!
