Subway - Richm

This is the worst customer service my son and I received from the old man who works there. The service was so bad from the moment we arrived at the counter that after a couple of minutes I told my son that we should leave because we don't have to receive bad treatment from anyone. I wish I could give less than one star. I would do it without thinking about it as many times as possible.

The gentleman that made our sandwiches was a true ambassador for Subway. What great sandwiches he made, and he was very personable too.

7:30 am the dude behind the counter slowly made two online orders while I stood there for 10 minutes, still working on them, I left and got hot dogs because he was useless. Bacon was frozen in the tub and the ham looked old.

The sub was good and service was good would come back again

This Subway is the BEST! All the employees are always super friendly and happy to assist you. The subway a short drive away in Short Pump always leaves me regretting going there, as the employees aren't ever friendly. I will ALWAYS drive to this Subway! Thanks!
