Bamboo Express - Richmond

We love love love their house special fried rice! Also, their fried tofu in oyster sauce is amazing.

It's our go to Chinese food takeout The food is okay for what you get as takeout.

I've been ordering from here for years and always satisfied! This evening I tried a new "special chow mein" that was absolutely delicious.

We really didn't have the time for a full sit down dinner so we opted for the Bamboo Express while we were already in the Blundell Centre. We have just started to review the menu when the staffer approached us for our order. We requested a few minutes to decide our order. While we attended the counter the phone rang and the staff member answered the phone and while she was still in conversation with the first call a second line rang. After concluding the first call rather than to take our order she proceeded to answer the second telephone call. We simply didn't have the time nor the inspiration to wait for 2 or possibly more calls so we voted with our feet.

A comida é boa, assim como o atendimento. Precisa apenas melhorar o ambiente, pois não é tão agradável, mas acredito que o foco seja mais para "take out".
