Firstly, during my first visit, the server added too much cream to my coffee despite me repeatedly asking her to stop. The coffee ended up being too creamy and barely tasted like coffee. On my next visit, I was overcharged for two drip coffees. When I questioned the server about the price, she assured me that we were not charged for three coffees. However, when I checked my credit card statement later, I discovered that we were indeed overcharged. I reached out to the restaurant through their website to file a complaint, but received no response after a week. I felt disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer service. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant and will be taking my business elsewhere. I am a long-time customer who has been let down by the poor service and will be exploring other coffee shop options in the future.
During our time in Vancouver, this cafe was the worst we visited. There are limited meal options available. We only had drinks, however, we found both the tables and the floor to be very dirty. Considering the surrounding designer stores, we expected better quality.
We always get the Spanish Latte when we visit this restaurant. It is absolutely delicious! Recently, we have started using their coffee beans at home. However, we find their pastries to be only average.
Have been going to various Artigiano's for years!! It is disappointing to see how slow the service has become and it is just not as good any more. McArthurGlen is okay as it is still relatively new. Park Royal in West Van is so slow 15 minutes to wait for a coffee wehn it is not even busy is not acceptable. Places to have not so good days but I haven't seen a good day in a long time.
