Nothing to write home about either. It satisfied a craving. Kind of expensive with what you get, Will probably choose them again given the choices in this food court.
We ordered dinner for two and one of the items was the wonton soup. The wontons were so hard they could’ve been used as golf balls! The other items I ordered were sesame chicken that tasted like the oil was old. The ginger beef which was so cold it might’ve come out of the fridge. The last thing that we ordered was sweet-and-sour pork which we could not eat. We don’t expect much from the food court however we’ve eaten here many times before and I’ve been quite satisfied. Today’s meal was so disappointing we wonder if they’ve changed management or owners and our cutting costs! I would not recommend this food court stall to anybody! That is $50 we will never waste again!
Kung Pao Wok has been in existence since the food court was on the ground floor (known by a different name). This Asian food outlet (there are many in the Dining Terrace) used to be the most popular but in recent times the quality of food and the size of the portions leave a lot to be desired......................not to mention that the prices have increased. I generally park on the second level when visiting the Dining Terrace.
We had fresh stir fried veggies and chicken and pork, all delicious. They even gave us the correct exchange from Canadian to US when ringing up our credit card for additional savings. Lunch was so good, we walked back from motel for dinner. They had close out specials the end of the day and the food quality was just as good. We will make it a point to go back here when we stay nearby. It is upstairs in the shopping center.
The service was friendly as the staff gave us samples. Maybe go to other venues in the food court that cook in front of you. We spent $11/2 items with rice or noodles plus $3 each for iced tea. It curbed our hunger but we weren’t impressed.
