Osmow's Shawarma - Richmond

Update: They forgot my salad again, and I had to request it. The food itself is fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. The chicken platter with rocks and sticks is a must-try; the flavors are incredible. Overall, when it comes to food, this place ranks among the best. During my first takeout order, they overlooked my salad, and it took a while to resolve. However, my second experience was significantly better. Since they've only recently opened, I assume they are still ironing out a few issues. Once everything is running smoothly, I have no doubt they will excel. No matter what, I'll be returning because the food is just that good.

The staff here are wonderful! It was our first visit, and the cashier noticed we were having trouble choosing from the menu, so she took the time to talk to us and offer some suggestions. Everyone was friendly and cheerful. The restaurant itself is nice and simple, with a great selection of music, and the food was a solid 10/10 for me. We ordered the beef and lamb shawarma, which was excellent. We also tried the yogurt drink; I recommend that those who prefer sweeter flavors might want to skip it, but I personally enjoyed it. Overall, I give this place a perfect score for its service, atmosphere, and food!

The food tastes just as amazing as at their other locations in Toronto! The chicken was hot and fresh, and the "chicken on the rocks" was fantastic! It’s delicious food that you must try if you haven’t experienced it yet, especially for those who can't be in Toronto at the moment!

Food was amazing. Tastes exactly like In Toronto. The white sauce is so good. I was served by Khush, that was very nice and polite.

We ordered two super large chicken and lamb mix wraps and paid about $40 but got very disappointed when took the first bite as there were literally very little meat and taste wasn?t very good. I hope they upgrade their quality soon. However I do not recommend it to anyone.
