The service was decent and the food was good, although there weren't many dim sum options. The portions were huge, making it great for sharing. The prices were average and the restaurant was family-friendly. If I had to choose just one dish, I would recommend the xiao long bao. I may consider going back in the future.
Came here for dinner and the place was almost full. Service was quick. We tried the fried rice served in the small wooden bucket, and it was quite good. There are also a reasonable selection of vegetarian dishes as well. Cash only
This restaurant serves authentic Shanghainese cuisine that is quite good. During lunch, you order your food by filling out a paper sheet, but it's all in Chinese. The standout dishes for me were the chicken noodle soup and the green onion pancake. The chicken noodle soup was delicious and addictive, with a perfect balance of saltiness and creamy flavor. The service was fast even when the restaurant was busy.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find out that they had run out of soup dumplings. However, considering many were given away for free, it was understandable. The interior decor was modern, although the exterior did not seem fancy. The service was decent, quick, and friendly, although don't expect much interaction. We tried a variety of dishes including Peking duck, mapo tofu, vegetable and sauce rice crackers, prawns, pea tip leaves, and brisket, all of which were delicious. For dessert, we had sesame balls and a sugar rice dessert with wine, which were absolutely fantastic. The prices at this restaurant are very reasonable. Despite ordering a lot of food, the bill only came to 109, which could easily feed 5 people. We left the restaurant feeling stuffed and satisfied. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
