They're always really nice here and remember my order. The one or two times there's been a mistake, they fixed it quickly with no issue.We're all human, mistakes happen, and this is probably one of the busiest locations around. They do really well with the volume.It's just nice to get kindness with my coffee in the morning. :)Thanks guys!

Greeted the staff at the front who was taking my order on Sat. I mentioned to her that I would like to redeem a drink as my points are expiring at the end of the month. She seemed to be a trainee because she mentioned that points do not expire. I show her the app and my points were expiring. #wronginfoSB has made it so difficult to redeem a drink I did my best to be kind and asked for what kind of ice teas I can redeem. Perhaps is her first day but her attitude and sass was just not cutting it for me. #unpleasantexperience
