Most Japanese restaurants use California-grown rice, but here they use Japanese rice grown in Japan, so it's sweet and mineral-rich. The moment I saw sushi, I knew the difference in rice.The balance between the amount of sushi ingredients and the amount of rice is perfect, just like eating in Japan. Reasonably priced and the most recommended sushi restaurant in Richmond now.

I only order sushi from here. I’ve tried other pricier sushi restaurants but they don’t even taste any better. Price, taste, freshness, presentation and speed all outperform the other sushi places I’ve tried. I strongly recommend the volcano roll. So tasty!
