Togo Sushi - Richmond

I never leave reviews but felt compelled to possibly save someone from this place. It’s bad. Rolls falling apart and yam tempura roll had what appeared to be frozen yam fries in them, not tempura. Soggy and tasteless. Several years ago it was pretty good, but now it’s terrible.

Usually decent but super disappointed! Ordered spicy salmon roll which was “salmonless and spiceless” and it was made by the cashier as the sushi chef was nowhere to be found. It looked slammed together and the little salmon that there was looked like mashed up leftover bits and not chunks of fish. Didn’t taste good at all and will never order this roll again. Other franchises are usually better than the Richmond one.

We are regulars at this location since it opened. My husband orders every Friday for take out so I don't have to cook. Service is over and beyond expectation and everything is prepared fresh. It is our favourite sushi place simply because of the service given to us . Thanks for our Friday meal, made with love. your loyal customers , Loretta and Randy P.

Service and everything is fast. Don't have to wait long for it. Food quantity and quality is great.
