Tsujiri Richmond Matcha Infused

The casser was extremely rude and does not understand English. I have to repeat my order times. we need to order, have to find our own seat, also I said the short chiubby long hair server that I had already booked. She just ignored us and continued talking to other girls. no customer in the line, only customers in the whole restaurant. no services, no type and wise asked us for tips!? food quality was the worst as last year.

A bit disappointed with the seats as it was on tatami. My in-laws were in their and I felt bad that they had their legs crossed the whole time we were there. They weren’t able to stretch their legs till the end of dinner

Loves the poke soba! the matcha chocolate drink was better than expected.

Service is absolutely unacceptable, food and drinks are out if my expectations, I rather visit Tsujiri in Japan provides good food and services.

They did not have Tsukemen which was disappointing! Everything else was good.
