La Desserte - Richmond

I highly recommend this restaurant. The ambiance is lovely and the food is sourced locally, some even from their own farm, making it incredibly fresh and homemade. The service is great and the enticing aroma hits you as soon as you walk in.

The restaurant is located in a stunning Victorian home and was bustling during lunchtime. The lovely weather made dining on the outdoor patio a delight. The menu offered unique and creative dishes, such as the pulled pork burger and artichoke pie, which were both delicious and generously portioned. The variety of dessert options was also impressive. Overall, a hidden gem worth visiting.

My wife, a friend, and I enjoyed a delicious lunch at La Desserte on Thursday, August 18th. The ladies ordered the quiche special of the day while I opted for the shrimp in a bun. The food was excellent, and we can't wait to visit La Desserte again next time we're in Richmond, Quebec.

My sister and I decided to go to La Desserte on College Street last weekend. What a great place. We found a nice table outside in the shade where we could watch the comings and goings of this small town. There was a choice of 4 plates which came with either soup or salad or you could have both for an additional $2.50 and coffee, tea or tisane. The chicken was so tender and delicious. THe grilled veggies were done just right and the salad was very colourful and great. The cream of carrot soup was very good too
