The service was totally chaotic, huge time gaps served between crooked, wein not opened, glasses not brought, my son's birthday ignored, although I mentioned it when we booked. deeply disappointing for such an expensive evening

By chance came over this Japanese restaurant and absolutely love it. the ambiente is relaxing and subtle, waitress is great and eating is above average and worth for money. would definitely recommend.

Great place. much use with light dimmer lighter, but I am sure it is very subjectiv. highly recommended.

Nice eating, very nice restaraunt, we would visit again, but the service has no 12.5% service fee justified! Maybe the workers don't try to know that a service fee anyway is added! good vegan options, but waiter didn't offer to find out if wein vegan was then brought water when I ordered apple juice!

Pretty average to disappointing experience. Service was very slow, multiple empty tables were not cleared, had to ask for menus etc. Food was also very slow, came at random times and actually quite bland (even the chicken teriyaki which is a banker in most Japanese restaurants). What was most frustrating was the very large numbers or delivery orders being prepared. It feels like these are getting priority in the kitchen while diners who have paid a lot to be here are having to wait and the overall quality drops. We had two inexpensive courses and mineral water and paid £75 for 2 people expected a lot more for that kind of money.
