Center Court Pizza Brew - Richmond

Now, here’s where things took a turn. We have been loyal customers for years and have always supported the Travis High School football program by purchasing their football cards annually. The football cards from Centercourt offer a free one-topping medium pizza with the purchase of a large specialty pizza. This has always been a regular offer for us over the past four years—essentially, we get a free toppings pizza with a nearly $30 order. However, the new manager took our keychain tag and informed us that it was a one-time offer only. I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity. As regular patrons, it seemed unnecessary to enforce such a strict policy for customers in a nearly empty restaurant. I’ve always been the one in our family advocating for dining there, but I’ve had enough. We are consistent spenders, and it’s crucial for restaurants to value the customers who do come in, especially given the competition nearby. That keychain tag you took from me could potentially cost you our monthly business—and we often bring our large family together for dinners at least four times a year. Just imagine the sizable bill we would usually rack up. So good luck, but we will be looking for a new place to enjoy our meals.

Wonderful experience, excellent atmosphere along with great customer service. Me and my father go here every week and always get the best service and wonderful food. This place doesn’t get the recognition it deserves, its a wonderful place to relax and talk with friends, enjoy wonderful food, or have a delicious dinner with family of all ages. The manager is very respectful and a respectable person. The barkeep Ella is a very positive and popular person with an excellent attitude towards her customers. She makes the restaurant feel like a home that you never want to leave. I highly recommend this restaurant for everyone to enjoy.

They allowed us to host a party. Friendly, hard working, great service. I would go back. Great pizza.

Ordered via doordash got the wrong pizza. Did redelivery and got the correct pizza and my 18 wings except no sauces for the wings and the pizza was 100% the pizza from my original order that was sitting around. Get it together!

If I could give this place a lower rating, I definitely would. The service was the worst I've ever encountered, and the food was incorrect on multiple occasions. I noticed other tables leaving as well. We had to wait over an hour on a slow night—especially surprising since the Astros were playing, which typically draws a crowd. The absence of the new manager, who had left early, and the presence of only two trainees on the floor left us with no one to turn to for assistance. I am incredibly disappointed.
