I can't believe how amazing our experience was! I visited my son and granddaughter for Christmas, and we went to this restaurant on Christmas Eve. The ribs were absolutely fantastic—so tender they fell right off the bone. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The atmosphere and staff were excellent as well. I can't wait to go back!

I was in the VIP section at Earls, and our server was fantastic. He was incredibly friendly, shared many smiles, and spread the love of Jesus with us.

I went with a group for a luncheon. Our waiter was outstanding; however our food selections did not come out at the same time along with a few items that were not as ordered. One person in our group did not receive their meal until we were almost finished. This dampened the experience. I've been to this location before and usually the food is hot and delicious, so it may be the large Christmas crowd was overwhelming. I'm willing to possibly try this restaurant one more time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner tonight. Cher was amazing as always, always greeting us with a smile. The service was excellent!
