Genghis Grill - Richmond

This location is smaller then I'm use to but the service was great. When we arrived it looked backed up however it took no time to receive our food. I was surprised by that. Our waitress Erica was great to us. She explained everything to us and what we needed to do. The young man that was cooking did his thing. I personally tipped him. Well deserved.

Awesome experience! Awesome food!! Cooked t to perfection! Choose your amount, meat and or vegetables with a drizzle of stinnie awesome sauce and have it cooked to suit your fancy!!

Our first time trying the food here was rough. From my understanding they had some staff not show up to work that day. The few employees working tried their best to accommodate everyone with a short staff and a busy restaurant. They were out of a lot of food in the food bar and the floor was very sticky. We decided to try the restaurant again on another day. The waiter we had was very attentive and assertive. We got through the food line quickly. After getting our food I had noticed that I was missing some of the food I had ordered. After telling our waiter the manage came over and offered to bring me my missing food. She personally cooked it for me and brought it to me herself. She was very helpful and corrected the mistake right away, personally. Thank you! We look forward to returning again.
