Would give negative if there was a way. WORST Taco Bell around. Was in drive thru for 45 minutes. ALWAYS SLOW!!! FOOD IS COLD BY THE TIME YOU GET IT. Don't even bother with this place . Don't know how they even remain open. Food: 1

Out of white meat chicken at 6:30 pm! Clean restaurant and friendly staff.

I'm really disappointed and wish I could give this place negative stars. I ordered from the drive-thru and was told to pull around. I've been sitting in the parking lot for almost 45 minutes, and I've only seen two orders come out. This is completely unacceptable. To top it off, the food was cold when it finally arrived.

I experienced the worst service I've had in a long time. It’s truly disappointing in today's society. I went through the drive-thru, and the girl taking my order seemed completely lost. They informed me it would take 20 minutes to get a chicken sandwich for my child because the freezer machine wasn't working. I asked for a discount due to the poor service and the fact that they couldn't provide what I wanted. The manager, who was drinking a soda while preparing our food, rudely told me, "That's not how this works." To top it off, they forgot to include the dipping sauce in the bag. When we tried to go inside to request it, the lobby was locked with no explanation provided. It's currently 12:02 in the afternoon.
