I've visited a few times now, and I can confidently say that the brisket is my favorite smoked meat. All the meats are delicious—I tried them all in the Pile High sandwich—and the fatty brisket stands out as my top choice. I haven't dined inside yet, but it looks like a fun space from what I've seen while passing through to use the restroom. Perhaps I'll give dining in a try during the winter and share my experience then.

The food was excellent. I enjoyed a nice, fatty slice of brisket paired with a tangy barbecue sauce (I chose the hot option). The float was also quite good. The mac and cheese had a smooth texture, and the pasta was cooked just right, not too soft. However, the service left something to be desired. Once our server reached us, everything flowed smoothly, but there was a long wait before we and other tables were initially served. Despite the service issue, I would definitely return for the food and the pleasant atmosphere.

I visited this restaurant in December after a ghost tour and decided to order a hot toddy cocktail from the menu to warm up. What I got was a total letdown: two stacked cups of Pepsi filled with hot water and a tea bag, along with a slice of lemon. It felt like a joke and was very unprofessional. I didn’t ask for any modifications; I simply ordered what was listed on the menu. I haven’t returned since, and I can't recommend the hot toddy or any of their cocktails. I didn’t try the food because I was so disappointed with the drink.

Really great bbq. Had pork and chicken sandwiches, smoky and moist. Great buns that don?t fall apart, unique sauces (loved the hoisin). Sides are all solid too. Service was perfect and fast. Good selection of beers/ciders, and they have cocktails. Oh, good tunes too, we?re playing soul.

On Sunday night at 8:30 PM, I enjoyed pork tacos, pork nachos, and corn fritters along with a couple of beers. Often, when you order nachos, the toppings only cover half the chips, but in this case, every single chip was loaded with toppings. That's a great sign! I wanted to personally acknowledge the talented cook who prepared our meal, but the bartender insisted that everyone should receive credit. This approach shows that they work well as a team, and everyone is recognized for their contributions. They offer a nice variety of beers and ciders on tap, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this place time and time again in a heartbeat! Our server was also friendly and efficient!
