Panda Express - Richmond

My favorite cuisine is Chinese food, and while this place leans more towards an Americanized version, it’s still a fantastic spot for dining in or takeout. At this Panda Express location, you can choose to eat in or grab your food to go. One feature I really appreciate is being able to see all the menu options right in front of you while ordering. The service was excellent; I received my meal quickly and with a friendly, energetic attitude, which is always a plus. I ordered the fried rice, as I usually do, and while it was delicious, it was quite heavy on the vegetables. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed it!

Zohrah, the hostess, was exceptionally helpful! We ordered fried rangoons, and she noticed they were slightly darker than they should be, even before I mentioned it. She kindly offered to bring us fresh ones. The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The kitchen staff was friendly, waving and smiling at us. Overall, this was one of the best places we’ve visited. Great job, everyone!

I normally have a good ratio with the rice and meat when I get my bowl. I went in today and got 3 hefty scoops of rice and a light spoonful of chicken. A better chicken to rice ratio would be nice or bring the price down since we are just eating mainly rice.

We arrived at this store a moment ago with my family and the person who served had a bad attitude which made us uncomfortable and we left. They must change or improve the service and customer care.

Attention, diners! Be cautious—while they pile on the rice, they skimp on the other dishes, assuming customers won’t notice. If you’re using the drive-thru, make sure to check what you’re getting!
