Apollo's Pizza - Richmond

This establishment is unclean and unsanitary. The employees have been seen preparing food without wearing gloves or properly washing their hands. The management is unprofessional and unfriendly. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

This restaurant has a tendency to mess up orders frequently. Tonight was not the first time I received the wrong food or found out that my food was ready but given to the wrong customer. I waited over 30 minutes past the time they said my order would be ready. When I finally received part of my order, I asked for a refund and had to wait for the manager to address the issue. The person who had originally received my order eventually returned it, but didn't even recognize it. It's frustrating to see how much money is wasted on constantly reimbursing customers. Waiting over 30 minutes past the promised time for my order to be ready is unacceptable. I will be trying a different pizza chain next time.

The service on the phone was very rude, which was disappointing. It appears that management prioritizes money over customer satisfaction. Chef Matt's performance is lacking, as he seems more focused on profits. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Wow! I called them because I needed help with my online order and the manager put me in the grip for so long that I was able to place an order from another pizza place and write this review. is customer satisfaction not something nowadays?

I have ordered pizza from papajohns and chicken wings but I havent received my chicken wings but when I called them the manager was so rude and horrible with me. when we call the first time they just hung up my call and the second time they just put my call on hold.. it has the most worst pizza I have ever got.
