Sidewalk Cafe - Richmond

I was pleasantly surprised after I stumbled upon this place. It?s very tight inside and you have seat yourself if you?re lucky enough to get a table. First the prices are great, second the food smells wonderful and lastly the food portion and taste was outstanding. I can?t wait to go back. Thank you Sidewalk Cafe

I went on Sunday as they opened. No line then, but it really picked up around 1030 so I reccomend getting in early. The inside is not very well lit and idk if they have issues circulating air but the a/c was off and the fans weren't helping. Kind of an old, humid vibe inside, so i sat outside instead. It was Better, until the flies showed up. A lot of my critque is probably out of thier hands because it's clearly an old building. But, beware for plenty of wear and tear

Food drinks and service was divine!!!!... Derek and Mike are the best bartenders in RVA And the servers too I can't remember their names but they're amazing....its ALWAYS A GREAT TIME

We ?? this place however they work the hell out of the server's. Sunday only one server was available and she also had to cover the bar , we felt sorry for her and left a $20. dollar tip on a 40 dollar bill because she worked so hard and still managed to give us great service can't remember her name but she is kinda tall and thin with dark hair. Brunch was bussin? ???????? Seriously, we love Sidewalk, been going there for years when we were in college. Recently popped in for happy hour w/ some friends and enjoyed that. Went back the next week for brunch with my hubby and loved that. It can be busy and is not the ideal restaurant for small kids.
