Starbucks - Richmond

I ordered a Venti Latte, but I only received about three-quarters of a cup. This isn't the first time this has happened, so it appears to be a recurring issue.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the outstanding customer service. The place is clean and features a fantastic variety of delicious drinks. The staff were all very friendly. However, I did find that my coffee this time lacked the usual flavor. Just to give you some context, I dined in and ordered a meal from their menu, which was very affordable, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend trying their White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino Blended Beverage!

I frequently visit Starbucks because of its convenient location near my home, but I recently had a very disappointing experience at this particular branch. Around 8:50 PM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a caffe misto, only to be informed that they couldn't make it because the coffee station was closed. Instead, they suggested I choose a different drink. When I politely requested a substitute, the girl at the counter refused. This is the first time I've encountered such poor service at any Starbucks. My sister also tried to place her order, but they turned her down as well, offering her another option instead. Overall, it seems this branch has a serious misunderstanding of what good customer service should entail.

The staff member managing orders and the cash register, as well as serving as the barista, fostered a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was quick and effective.

The young man at the counter tonight, wearing an Astroworld hoodie, definitely deserves a raise. He made my drink perfectly! I really appreciated how he blended the matcha thoroughly, leaving no chunks at all—something I’ve never experienced before! Usually, Starbucks drinks with matcha still have clumps of powder in them. He truly earned an A for his effort and exceptional customer service!
