Subway - Richmond

I can't express how impressed I was with the service at this restaurant. We needed 11 salads and sandwiches ready for pick-up at 9:45 AM on Monday, and they had someone there to prepare our order before they even opened. The salads and sandwiches were fresh and made to order. I highly recommend Main Metro!

The food was outstanding, and the young lady provided professional and helpful service.

There’s a young lady, and I believe her name is Nakhia. She was absolutely wonderful and took her time with us, even though my family and I weren’t sure what we wanted to order. There was also another lady, whom I think is the owner, and she was incredibly nice. She even gave my children some extra cookies!

The young lady who made our sandwiches was polite and very pleasant when they were dealing with us, she ensured that all our sandwiches were fresh and to our joy

She have a bad attitude when I first came in.. thanks for a sample of there new sauce before ordering just to see if I like it she told me no and push my order to the next person...
