Taco Bell - Richmond

This location is hit or miss as far as service. I guess they have a hard time finding workers. It is advised to check your order before you pull away from the drive thru as you may be missing items.

I was in Richmond on business. My friend suggested that she could order online and that I could pick it up.This work just as planned.The line was short the service was prompt and the cashier had a smile on her face.My friend had told me that the food would not be prepared until I got in line and that that's the way that Taco Bell operated. That way their food would not be cold waiting on somebody.Well that part must have been left out or Taco Bell didn't know it.Evidently the food have been cooked prepared as soon as the order was placed.When I returned with the food it was not hot or even very tasty. That was my first taste of a Mexican pizza..... don't know if I'll buy it again.I've been doing Google reviews for a number of years and always try to be honest in my assessment for it is this that others utilize for their choice of things. Will not just mine but mine among others. Hopefully this was only a glitch in this Taco bells daily task. I might try them again when I return.The two pictures of the window show a steamed up window and wear some of the moisture has run. The reason I took this picture is because the way it run actually made a woman looking out. Or at least that's my perception.

This is the only one I'm going now. very friendly, great service and an order completely on time and right.

The ordered chickens' pasta melts and got chicken and cheese packed in a soft taco dish, do not definitiw what the picture shows. very disappointed and a huge waste of money

I respectfully had the worst experience at a Taco Bell through the drive-thru. Who exactly is making the tacos there? They were 90% lettuce and only 10% actual meat. To make matters worse, they decided to swap out two of the items I ordered for tacos without even mentioning it to me at the window. I didn’t order five tacos; I specifically ordered three tacos and two burritos. I’ll try calling to speak with someone who actually knows how to prepare tacos, but of course, when I called, I was met with a message from the 80s! I highly recommend avoiding this Taco Bell if you're looking for good food. Thankfully, we're choosing to spend our money elsewhere. This review isn't a reflection on Taco Bell as a whole—most locations are usually fine, but this one is definitely not up to par.
