The Boathouse At Short Pump Town Center

We visited for a special Easter brunch buffet on Sunday at 1:00 PM. Since we didn't have a reservation, we were informed there would be about an hour wait. Luckily, there were plenty of seats available at the bar, so we chose to sit there. The brunch itself was delicious and plentiful. They had a table where they sliced meats and another for made-to-order omelettes. The bartenders were our servers and they were fantastic. Mags was particularly friendly and helpful, even pointing out a dessert table that we almost missed! She answered all our questions and really went above and beyond. The rest of the bar staff also assisted us, which made for a lovely experience. Overall, we had a great time!

Cassandra at Boathouse provided exceptional service during my visit. When there was an issue with one of the entrees, she quickly arranged for a replacement and handled the situation with grace. She was very attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The whole team performed admirably, and I wholeheartedly recommend both Cassandra and the management at Boathouse. You truly made my birthday dinner memorable!

You can place your order by scanning a QR code with your phone, which I found to be a convenient feature that made ordering and paying easier than the traditional back-and-forth with a server. Just a heads up, the restaurant automatically adds a 20% service fee, but you do have the option to add more if you feel the service was exceptional. There’s a memo on every table explaining how this works. This dining experience was a bit of a splurge for us (we spent around $100 for two main dishes and dessert, without any alcoholic drinks), but we will definitely return when we want to treat ourselves again!

This was my first time in this place and in general The Boarhouse doesn't disappoint! You have contactless order and everything is made by kiosk at your table, from order to pay your bill. It is a fairly efficient system and very easy to use. For those who are less technologically inclined, your author will take your order. My only grip was that the manager was very selective when approaching tables and people ask how was their meal considering that it was quite empty this day for dinner.

My husband and I decided to come to the Boathouse to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. The aesthetic is absolutely stunning, giving an elevated yacht club atmosphere. Our waiter, Kamari, was beyond helpful and made our first time experience perfection! I highly recommend the “Strawberry Patch” cocktail; very refreshing! We will most definitely be dining again!
