Tops China - Richmond

This is my favorite restaurant! The fried rice, particularly the Singapore Mei Fun, is fantastic. The portions are substantial, and the prices are affordable. Being from St. Louis, I often struggle to find a place that offers great fried rice, but this restaurant truly delivers!

The General Tso’s chicken had a crispy chicken breast, and the freshly made fried rice and egg rolls were delicious. The chicken wings were also very tasty.

This classic "dive" Chinese restaurant is a gem. The owners are truly wonderful and provide excellent service, just what you'd hope for at this type of establishment. They're also very accommodating when it comes to special orders, which we really appreciate.

I ordered crab rangoon and was disappointed to find they were undercooked and pale, with no trace of crab in the overly sweet white filling. There wasn't even any imitation crab inside. After trying the first one, I opened the others and discovered they were just filled with an excessively sweet cream cheese. When I called to ask about a replacement order, I was told I was wrong and that crab rangoons don't contain anything else. They refused to provide a refund, despite the clear misrepresentation of this popular dish.
