Wawa - Richmond

Pays for my gas with Debit card girl on wrong gas pump. I wanted to tell her my pump didn't work. She tried to float my card back to get a manager to help me after she got me aa raceest the manager has my gas, the girl I know her name, but she has to learn how to deal with the public or find another line of work.

I had a hoagie craving and apparently a sundae one as well: thank you Keya for a great treat and customer service! On the hoagie side: Shaneil did not disappoint! As you can see in the photo, I am that annoying customer who orders a loaded sandwich! Although she was on the sandwich board by herself quite a few orders before me and a couple after , she greeted me with a smile when I came over to explain my ridiculously long special order. She never looked annoyed, smiled, repeated it back to me for verification and made my sandwich to PERFECTION!! I only planned to eat half in the parking lot. I ate the WHOLE thing! Thank you to both of you ladies!! I had a really long day and it was great to finish up with a hot sandwich, an unplanned dessert and awesome service! Keep up the great work........ Lots of !!!!!

By far the worst manage Wawa store. I travel Virginia all year long, and I have visited Wawa?s many locations. The staff is more interested in socializing with each other than customer service. There is rarely any breakfast food IE. hash browns and bagels available and there always a shortage of coffee. I now bypass this store and drive down the street to 7-11.

Just ordered a burrito. Took forever to get it the first time and when I went to pick up the bag it was sopping wet. The girl didn?t close the burrito all the way and tried passing it off messy as all get out. I asked for another one. Got the second one and headed home. After 2 minutes the bag was once again sopping wet. She didn?t drain the liquid from the meat. Never coming here again

Deli team members are constantly on their phone or talking to other people instead of starting food in a timely manner. The facility is fine for gas or basic check outs. Deli really needs some new staff or rules.
