Wendy's - Richmond

Our order was incomplete; we were missing several items. The two burgers we received were ice cold, messy, and the lettuce was mushy. It was truly awful.

I received the wrong cookies, and then when my fries and drink arrived, there was no burger included, which means I only got half of my combo. To make matters worse, DoorDash refused to refund my money. I will definitely be switching back to UBER EATS! That's it!

The fries had a taste as if they were cooked in old oil, the lemonade was not sweet, and my hamburger was soggy.

French toast only had 4 piece when it was 6 Sausage, Egg Cheese Biscuite, had no cheese didn apos;t receive no drinks

I visited this past Friday evening and found myself in a bit of a rush, with my family hungry and waiting. I opted for the drive-thru to grab dinner for us all. When I arrived around 7:15 PM, the woman at the window had my order ready. She carefully checked everything and noticed that the toy from my daughter's kid's meal was missing, but she quickly made sure to get it for me. I also appreciated that they had my drinks neatly packed in a carrier without me having to ask. To top it all off, she was friendly and greeted me with a smile. I truly wish all fast food places were like this! A big shout-out to the fantastic woman in the drive-thru!
