Just read the review by one Hannah Morris and I agree with everything she said. This place is hectic, bordering on the chaotic, with no idea where you're supposed to go to order or where, when and how to pick up your order once it's ready (which may take some time). Staff looked like they were more interested in each other than the customers. Having said that, the food I had was good and coffee not bad, and I suppose if you come here enough you get familiar with the layout and procedures. The atmosphere service was great, however, they were out of regular milk and skim milk. It was a busy Saturday afternoon. I understand that. The food here is great, and the coffee is also good. But the staff really ruin the whole experience with their poor attitudes. Every time I’ve come here I’ve had to wait on whatever I ordered, even if I ordered ahead and arrived past the time of estimated pick up. I understand when the store is busier but most time the staff are just talking or on their phones. The last two times I’ve had a pickup order it’s been ready but not in the pickup area, and the staff will do anything but acknowledge you when you’re standing near the counter. When I did finally get someone’s attention they didn’t smile or even say one word to me. I watched them have an attitude with 2 other customers just in my short time there picking up my coffee. I’ve tried to give this place a few chances because I do like their food and coffee but I’m just done after today.
