Feedback gevenPersonal very friendly. only reason for 4 stars is that the only had 3 types of brot to change a sandwich on, which completely changed the taste of the sandwich. but again her personal is one of the kindest I've seen for a long time.
Ordered online on break, get back to work no chicken on my salad, I call spoke with a manager who tells me I can pickup my corrected salad. Get there the bag is sealed and I'm assured the order is correct. Get home and what do you know.. the second salad not only is missing the CHICKEN, BUT THERE'S NO EGGS OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT COMES WITH A GREEN GODDESS SALAD... I'm very disappointed, how hard is it to toss chicken on a chicken salad. TWICE
Not my first choice in Bread Co locations. Staff can be a bit rude at times. Often a wait on food as well. I was told 25 mins on food even though my order could be taken. Parking is located on sides and rear of the building.
I understand in these times orders will not be ready when the website says it will. I get that. I even get the employees in the kitchen wearing their masks below their nose and sometimes even below their mouth despite breathing on your food. That's on me to put up with that. But a store has to do something right and they always screw up my order. You have to do something right in order to continue to get business. These people do nothing right.
I’m very disappointed in this location. In order to speed up my ordering process, I placed my order via the kiosk. It took the same amount of time. I also ordered my sandwich without the chipotle sauce and guess what I got? The chipotle sauce. So I couldn’t eat it. The French onion soup was lacking flavor and the apple was soft and mushy. I couldn’t return it because once I got back to the office, I had to jump into a meeting. I didn’t mind that my food was lukewarm. The issue was I couldn’t enjoy it because it was not prepared the way I had asked and the quality was poor.Two thumbs down for sure.
