I had a fantastic experience at LaSala by TuCasa. The food, drinks, and staff were all exceptional. The interior was beautiful and clean. I will definitely be a regular customer.

I had a fantastic evening at this restaurant. The food and service were outstanding. They are taking everyone's temperature and collecting contact information before seating. The wine selection was excellent, and there was lovely music playing outside. They even surprised me with a sparkler for my birthday celebration.

Food was great, relaxed atmosphere. Only reason it is a 4 star rating is because the waitress didn't listen to us while we were putting our orders at the beginning. We asked for separate checks ahead of time, she ignored the request. At the end of themeal, she made a huge deal about it when we asked for separate checks again. We will be going back there.

Copying and pasting my review from Seamless. Order was placed at 5:57. at 7:15 I called to ask where the food was, was told 5 min. At 7:40 called back again was told they are so sorry it will be a 50 percent discount food is 5 min away. At 8:10 calledback was told they are really sorry the guy is in a cab because his bike broke.....and my order will be free. its 9:23 right nowI had to cook my own meal for a family of 4 and a friends family with 5 kids here that need to go to school tomorrow. This isprobably my first or second review ever I have had a seamless account for well over 10 years. I hope this restaurant goes out ofbusiness. I can not express the level of anger. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER....I HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH THEM 3 YEARS AGONEVER AGAIN. ohhhh yea the free order never came. Funny enough I still have a pending charge, on my credit card if they endup charging me that will be something .....

The restaurant's to-go chicken orders appear to be reheated from the day before, as observed by both the taste and appearance. My Peruvian boyfriend and I opted for a whole chicken with an additional charge for all white meat, but were disappointed to receive only four small pieces of white meat with no green sauce and lacking silverware and napkins. A small container of rice was also included, only enough to serve one person. We are familiar with Peruvian cuisine and know that a whole chicken should include both white and dark meat. When we contacted the restaurant, the person we spoke with, presumably the manager, explained that a whole chicken consists of whatever four pieces they have available. This contradicts the option to upgrade to white meat only. Our experience was further marred when the delivery person returned with silverware and green sauce, but only provided one small piece of dark meat as compensation for the inconvenience and misleading information. We are unlikely to order from Tu Casa Express again. Be cautious when ordering from this establishment.
