A&w Canada - Richmond Hill

Ive gone to this location a few times. A few times i've asked for something not to be put in the burger because my son is picky and when I get home its in the burger. Ive paid extra to put bacon in the burger and dont even get a full strip. Today we went I ordered a kids meal and 2 orange juices. Kids meal was fine. The 2 orange juices were water. I was with my 2 kids and didnt feel like going back to complain but now its getting to be annoying. After my review I was asked to email them about my experience. No reply to the email.

My kid loves the kids pack. However, I don’t know why this branch also the other-one in Richmond Hill doesn’t carry strawberries smoothies! I love AW’s Strawberries smoothies

Don’t go to this A&W at Hillcrest mall.. I ate some burgers here a couple of days ago and I got food poisoning. The employees are using their cellphones while serving customers which is unsanitary first of all! The HEALTH INSPECTOR and public health of Ontario needs to give this place a visit ASAP!! They’re serving contaminated food to customers! I would avoid this place until public health gives it health inspection before going here again! I like A&W but this is highly unacceptable for public health safety. You’ve been warned.

Honestly couldn’t fathom how this franchisee is allowed to operate like this. The cashier, after handling the register grabbed my fries from the top (i.e., her palm was literally touching my fries). The food was underwhelming, but it’s the terrible hygiene that is unacceptable. To the store owner Mr. Ling, please do better than this.
