We'd rate the food a 3, but the atmosphere and experience boosts up the overall rating. Limited sushi also on the all-you-can-eat menu Staff was friendly, a little slow though.
Very good service, brought all the food we ordered unlike some ayce places. Tasted fresh, and was marinated nicely. Over all it was pretty good.
Our group visited the Chako at East Beaver Creek on a Saturday night and I figured it would be busy. To get ahead of the crowd, we met at 6pm and easily grabbed a table. The large restaurant filled up fast and there was a short line outside when we left 3 hours later. Most of the tables at Chako were occupied by large groups (families, birthday gatherings) and it was boisterous but not loud. The air was filled with the smoke of BBQ, which lingered in my hair and clothing for the rest of the night.
Like. We used to ordered Korean BBQ at Korean restaurants before Chako opened its door, the BBQ meals at other Korean restaurants are expensive, and we were still hungry afterwards. We haven't visit Chako for a while, hope it's still good.
Amazing BBQ. It's by far the best ever if you don't mind cooking and smelling like your food. My favourite are the beef dishes (ribs, and thin steak) and the shrimp. Try the thin beef steak with bbq pineapple and bean sprouts over rice with the special sauce they give you to bbq with. It's fantastic.
