Demetres Richmond Hill

We ordered a creape and ice cream the creape tasted like bread and the fruits had no taste. It didn't taste the same as it is in the Markham location. The waitress was excellent.

Pretty challenging coming to Demetres nowadays. There was a time it was an amazing place to go.We entered, sat down. Got no utensils. Ordered coffee and tea. The waiter brought a coffee and tea but didn’t bring spoons, sugar milk or anything. We had to go up and get them ourselvesThis is with everyone already sitting down with their food, so it wasn’t busy enough to say there were packedBrutal customer service. I would stay far away from this place

My experience personally was overall good despite a need for better service. The portions are massive and my dish was amazing, but my friends' lacked somewhat in quality, and freshness. You have the ability to customize your dish..go nuts ?

We are a group of 5 couples who went there for a gathering. There were more than 25 tables and it was full of customers. But only 2 waitresses worked there!!! The staff were unprofessional. Why?! We ordered different desserts of “File for Appeel”, “Dumblesmore Belgian Waffle”, Belgian Waffle, Pomme Pilot French Crepe, and brownie ice cream with different drinks. Every time the waitress brought only one item and after 1 minute brought another one. We didn’t understand why they didn’t use a tray to serve better!! One time he brought coffee and for 1 minute he gave us milk and he forgot to bring the surge. The taste of all the desserts was awful. The price was very expensive compared with other coffee shops. 2 pieces of cake with 2 coffee costed $60!!! In one word, it was a very bad experience on Sunday evening. Horrible customer service.

Our favorite desert local place. Huge portions, great variety. Every type of ice cream they sell is special and tasty. Reasobly priced. The only downside is that place is really dated and surely needs renovation (Richmond Hi ll location).
