Haida Sandwich - Richmond Hill

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Haida Sandwich in Richmond Hill, and I can confidently say that their cold cut, roast beaf, and other sandwiches are some of the best I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly service and a menu full of mouth-watering options.The staff was incredibly helpful and recommended their signature cold cut sandwich, which I decided to try. And let me tell you, I was blown away by how delicious it was! The fresh bread, combined with the perfectly sliced meats and fresh vegetables, made for a flavor explosion in every bite.I also appreciate how generous they are with their portions. Each sandwich is packed with a generous amount of filling, making it a satisfying meal on its own.The atmosphere of the shop is also warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to grab lunch or a quick bite to eat. It's clear that the staff takes pride in their sandwiches and truly cares about their customers' satisfaction.Overall, I highly recommend Haida Sandwich to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. Their cold cut sandwiches are truly a standout, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu offerings!

Hello Manager and Owner,This location of Haida is my favourite if I want to taste Persian fast food. 3 times in a row, I had issue with my orders (wrong items). Also, I didn’t receive a good service.Today I went to Haida again and Maryam had an excellent customer service which was admirable. If I was a manager or owner of this fast food I would appreciate her for her customer service and support. She was so friendly, and precise. She was working serious and responsible.Thank you Maryam for your service. Thank you manager to hire responsible employee.

Sorry guys, im going to be dropping my rating. A burger meal for 2 came out to be $52 and a $6 tip!! That is rediculous! I get it, i got a 16oz burger but youre charging me $8 for literally 13 fries...yes j counted..she got a regular burger with fries and we both got a drink. This should not have been more than $40. This is a huge rip off. Its such a sleezebag move. I cant justify ever coming back. And yes, i counted the fries ... I got 13 she got 11..

Overall it was a good experience and I would go back but I think they are understaffed. The person working the counter and the person preparing the food is the same. Maybe they do not get a lot of walk ins but you can easily stand at the front for 5 minutes without anyone reaching out. You need to make some noise to get their attention. :
