Hero Certified Burgers - Richmond Hill

Overall was very disappointed in this franchise, felt the burgers are way overpriced and for what we got I didn't appreciate what I had.

I absolutely love Hero Burger as a chain But, this location was a bit disappointing.

Had an amazing time at this restaurant. The food was authentic and delicious.

The food was so good unlike other location. The guy in the front was so friendly and he brings the atmosphere of the restaurant in another level. He was so king and patient. Thank

I was standing 5 min in front of your worker and waited untill he finish his private call, after 5 min i leaved the place and not ordered nothing because he was still talking in phone. This was in 10/12/2023 in 2pm. Pls check this im not gonna leave this until this worker will stay at his place.
