Starbucks - Richmond Hill

It's a busy location, especially in the evening. Nice place to work for a couple of hours. They have electric sockets almost at every table. Service is kind of Ok, but they are not maintaining well. Ordered a cappuccino and wanted to order a cookie, but changed my mind after seeing flies flying in side the display counter.

The staff must be lazy. This is the 3rd time they've messed up my uber eats order. First time they send me someone elses order. Second time im missing items, today they sent me the wrong items. I cant eat what they sent. Even if uber eats provides a refund, its for the food amount only. I paid delivery for food i cant even eat and i dont want to order again paying ANOTHER delivery fee. This isnt fair. STOP MESSING UP OUR ORDERS!!!!

The service was great. I only stood in line for a few minutes and the barista at the cash apologized for the wait time, one of my food items hadn’t come out for a few minutes and another barista asked what I was waiting for and made sure it was given to me right away. It was a nice atmosphere to get some work done. Overall well done to the baristas working here!

This location was a very nice experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. If passing through this location again, I would most definitely go back. Washroom was clean too.

The drive thru staff here are great, however it does take unnecessarily long when there is a line. This is stressful, especially as the layout of the parking lot drive thru isn't the best. You can only have so many cars in line, without blocking the rest of the parking lot. There was a line of about 5 cars, and it took almost 20 mins for me to receive my order. Please consider having more staff available, especially during BOGO promotions. Unfortunately, one of my orders was made incorrect as well :
