Thieves.I ordered 2 sandwiches, a coffee, a bottle of coke and a muffin. I was charged for it all but didn't receive one of the sandwiches. I was refused a receipt for my order, was told I didn't order the one sandwich and was told to leave by staff.
DRIVE THRU17 August, 2023Around 09:36 pmI ordered one vanilla ice coffee and one strawberry Oreo creamy chill with two honey crullers and a glass of water, but at first while taking the order the employee was not even listening to my order. When I finished ordering and drive to the window to take my order she was very rude and she poorly packed the donuts. But she did not give the coffee for what i have paid, when i asked her that she gave me strawberry creamy chill instead of strawberry Oreo creamy chill she replied that we are out of it. She should have inform me that she don’t have it while i was ordering. She even didn’t gave me glass of water even after asking again at the window while taking the order, she replied that “they are about to close, so sorry.” If this is the way of TIM HORTON’S to greet their customers then i prefer not to go anymore to their stores.This is not the first time, each time i came to this store i always had a bad experience. I suggest this store’s supervisor or manager to look after their employees.
Today at 10am I went to order a coffee and paid with my Tim 's app. Afterwards I indicated I wanted to redeem my points for a donut. I scanned app and it paid for order instead of redeem. I said oh the points didn 't go through, it charged my app. The cashier says you scanned and I don 't know how to fix that. I know they can fix it for me by voiding order and then scanning it properly to redeem my points. She calls Manager over and he says What can I do if you scanned and paid? Well I don 't have time to show him what he can do to help me fix the issue. My time is worth more than $1.50.What is this Manager being paid for if he doesn 't know how to fix issues with their App. Manager and Staff need to learn how to use their App so they could provide customer service. You wonder why Tim 's is consistently losing market share to their competitors. When issues arise at McDonalds/Starbucks Management tries to fix the issue and not ask customers arrogant questions.
