Feedback gevenI’m baffled by this employee’s attitude. Did she even complete the Tim Hortons training course? If not, she definitely needs to undergo some training to learn how to respect others and not judge, especially when it comes to kids. This is Canada! The middle-aged lady gave us the wrong drink without confirming our order and spoke in a very rude tone. I hope the company looks into this and provides proper training for their staff!
I had the worst experience with Tim's this time. My mobile order was completely ignored for 15 minutes while everyone else received their food. When I inquired about it, they simply showed me my order receipt without explanation, and then finally brought my order out from the back. No one was announcing mobile orders, and it seemed like nobody was even working on them. If that’s the case, what’s the point of ordering ahead?
On June 12th at 5:10 PM, I ordered a jalapeño bagel, double toasted, with herb garlic cream cheese. However, I received a bagel with butter and no cream cheese. I placed my order through the drive-thru and didn’t have time to check it before leaving. It seems I need to spend more time reviewing each order as the staff prepares it. I don’t have a feedback code at the moment, but next time I’ll ask for a receipt so I can give my feedback. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service I received.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The manager, Gary, was quite rude and ill-mannered during my visit. I requested extra cream, but he didn't seem to care, even though I purchased a 70-cup urn for a seniors' club event. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
I had the worst experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff need to learn how to properly interact with customers. I visited at 4 PM on August 9, 2023.
