Costa Coffee - Richmond Upon Thames

The hand sanitizers at this restaurant seem to be wasted as the employees do not seem to be bothered to clean any of the tables, even though it is not busy. It appears that the place has not been inspected for cleanliness in over three years, yet they were given a hygiene rating of 5. Overall, I was not impressed with the lack of cleanliness at this establishment.

The service was okay. The coffee was decent, although a bit watery but still tasty, not like the typical Costa coffee. I probably won't be returning next time.

Costa Coffee shops are known for their formal atmosphere and adherence to their rules. However, this particular location is lacking in variety with no croissants or other baked goods available. The staff appear disinterested and the service is slow. Two employees seemed to struggle with simple tasks and there was a lack of interaction and smiles. Despite the convenient location on Teddington Broad Street, it is recommended to find another place to dine.

Terrible service I visited the 14th april 16:20 I order by app for the collection 2 coffes paid for it. when I showed my confirmation number one of the employees, she said that she did not see this order and refused to shame her to pay...as not return to this load

Bad tempered staff who like to spend time on their personal phones rather than serve customers. Wont bother going back here at all. You would think they would know how to use their own equipment.
