The food, service, and atmosphere at this restaurant are top-notch. It's the best place to dine in the area, with everything prepared and served by individuals who prioritize quality.
We have used Haweli in Barnes for many years on a weekly basis mostly home delivery but have ate in we have never had a bad meal the food is absolutely delicious and the staff are very nice I don’t even have to give my name or address as soon as they hear my voice they know it’s me that says something lol but we highly recommended Haweli for the best curry in town
Having been regular customers at the fantastic Haweli in St Margarets for many years, we decided to give the Haweli on White Hart Lane in Barnes a try after moving there. Unfortunately, both times we ordered takeout from this location, we were left disappointed. The food was not terrible, but it was definitely below average. The curries lacked depth of flavor and were bland overall. In comparison, the curries from the St Margarets Haweli were vibrant and full of fresh herbs. The prices were also quite high for what we received. Additionally, we ordered one plain naan and one peshwari naan, but ended up with two plain naans, one of which was dry and unpleasant. It's a shame because if the quality matched that of the St Margarets location, we would be regular customers. It may be time for a new chef at this Haweli.
The food was terrible. Totally bland, watery masala sauce, tough and dry chicken. The onion bhaji was hard and dry too, almost impossible to eat.
