I arrived late at 2am the night before from LA, I was greeted by Chad who was getting ready to set up breakfast. Very courteous and made check in seamless. I enjoyed the space of the room, the balcony view to the pool quad and the cleanliness. I can tell that the hotel doesn’t get too much traffic, as the furniture is still relatively new but not too modern looking. My stay was right after daylight savings and the clock hadn’t been updated, haha, I did that for them. I thought that was kinda cute. Haha. Upon check out a young girl assisted me, can’t remember if it was Ashland or Dora, but either way the service was phenom from everyone, including housekeeping who always greeted me and who didn’t make me feel bad when I informed them that I had plugged the water closet (aka the John). When in Ridgecrest, stay here. Oh parking was great and hotel is next to the only place that stays open to eat at 3am Del Taco.
It is call Heritage Inn Suites now. Changing ownership. They are trying to improve the property. TVs are getting outdated and they have basic cable. For breakfast there are muffins and cold cereal with a coffee machine and orange juice. Overall not to bad.
It was a very lovely place to stay and the staff treated me very nicely. The best place I've enjoyed staying at in the last 3 years. I'll not be going back to Ridgecrest again but I will miss the comfortable room I had for 2 weeks in the Rodeway Inn.
We had a pleasant stay here during Christmas Eve, staffs were so helpful. Due to covid restrictions restaurant is closed but the continental breakfast is served here however it wasn't mentioned in their website.
Very nice Hotel, rooms are very large and comfortable, Alex at the Counter was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He also helped us navigate around the town and gave great restaurant recommendations
