Papa Pete's Pizza - Ridgefield

Simple requests, like a pizza cutter to properly cut the pizzas, were denied. To make matters worse, there were barely any toppings on the pizzas, leaving us feeling like we had paid over thirty dollars for just crust. When we asked for management, they avoided us and left an employee at the register to deal with our complaints. The atmosphere became hostile and disrespectful, with the staff showing no willingness to make things right. Despite having previously praised Papa Pete's, this experience has completely turned me off from returning. I am not sure if I can ever forget the disrespect my family and others experienced that day. I would give this place zero stars and will not be recommending it to anyone.

This restaurant is extremely expensive for what it offers. There is nothing particularly special about it and they even charge for takeout containers, which is ridiculous. Additionally, they do not serve beer, which is a disappointment for a pizza place. The prices definitely need to be adjusted, as we spent $40 on just a large pizza. The service was subpar, with a rating of 1 out of 5, and the atmosphere was also lacking. Overall, we do not recommend this place.

The pizza is delicious and the service is quick at this restaurant. However, the prices seem to be increasing steadily. We paid almost $100 for three medium pizzas. This is quite expensive for a dinner takeout. The cost per person ranges from $30 to $50.

Pizzas had bubbled severely leaving many bald plain areas, politely asked for some extra toppings to help solve the issue, was told that I would need to bring the pizzas back up to the counter for inspection. Manager didnt offer to come to the table and look, and I didn't care to interrupt the kids eating and remove the food after the long wait. Was told it would cost extra for a box to take leftovers. Already paid nearly $40 per pizza Greedy and lousy also the stench of the bathrooms emanating into the dining room is very unappetizing
