Kfc - Ridgeland

We showed up at 9:00 on New Year’s Eve and Angela let us in and was super friendly and fast. All of the other local places wouldn’t even take our orders or the lines were too long and not moving. Shout out to Angela because she’s the MVP in my book!

The food was greasy and unseasoned (I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and got a mild one. Which says a lot of about the service and the food. It felt like they were in a rush to get me in and out after I saw something scurrying in the kitchen. The ambiance was completely ruined after I got confirmation that the thing scurrying in the kitchen was a RAT.

Chicken pot pie was good as always. Service could care less as always and cleanliness not up to par as usual.

I waited for my order,it took a minute because they were cooking it fresh (I had a large order)De'Vonte waited on me he was more than willing to get me what I asked for,he was very helpful and professional and confident. This was the first time I had been there the food was awesome. Best service that I ever had anywhere. Keep up the great work and thanks again!

I have been waiting for a $20 fill up for 35mn-40mn where is my food????
