Feedback gevenThe service was a bit slow at first, but the young woman who eventually assisted me was fantastic—definitely deserving of five stars. The food wasn't extravagant, but it was delicious, satisfying, and cooked to perfection by the grilling staff. Once my order was taken, I received my meal in a timely manner.
This is by far the BEST Waffle House I’ve ever been to. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is inviting, and the service is outstanding. I give it a 10 out of 10!
I waited nearly an hour for my order, but they hadn't even started preparing my meal. Meanwhile, other customers who arrived after me were placing their orders and receiving their food before I finally decided to leave due to the long wait.
To make matters worse, the waitress completely ignored me while she took care of other customers and even stepped outside to chat with a man. She didn’t apologize for her rudeness; she just abruptly ended her conversation. I had even considered bringing my own container to avoid the ridiculous water charge, but now I’ve decided I won’t return at all. Why would you deny me a cup of water after I spend $35? I always tip generously, even on smaller orders, at least $5 each visit regardless of whether my meal is $12 or $13. Once I realized that the water fee applied only to orders, I opted to leave. When I asked for my card back, the server loudly rushed out, and honestly, I didn’t care how she felt about it. It was just terrible service. From now on, I'll make my breakfasts at home. I won’t spend another dollar at Waffle House, and they can consider that a $35 loss—a little poetic justice, if you ask me.
Had been 5 stars if I could eat in the store. But the waiting staff said they had to close early to do inventory. I thought the situation was open 24 hours. Apparently not.
